Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience, I provide compassionate telehealth therapy for adults 18 and older. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, caregiver stress, and life transitions. I have a special interest in supporting caregivers of loved ones with mental health conditions, including parents and caregivers of teens. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique strengths and goals, helping you build resilience and move forward with confidence and hope.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a place where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, build practical coping skills, and find healthy ways to manage life's challenges. My goal is to help you gain clarity, feel more confident, and create positive, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you'll be welcomed into a supportive, judgment free space where you can share your story at your own pace. We'll discuss what's bringing you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you have. Together, we'll begin creating a plan that fits your needs so you feel supported, understood, and confident moving forward.
