Hi, I’m Shuri, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Minnesota. I support clients navigating ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, substance use, eating disorders, and more. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
I take a warm, collaborative approach that combines evidence-based care with a holistic understanding of your well-being. I believe your preferences, cultural background, and personal experiences should guide your care, so we will work together to create a treatment plan that feels right for you. Building trust and connection is important to me because meaningful care begins with feeling safe and heard.
In our first sessions, we will talk about your symptoms, concerns, goals, and the kind of support you are looking for. When appropriate, I may recommend or prescribe medication, suggest individual or group therapy, or collaborate with other providers to help coordinate your care.
