I believe the relationship between my clients and I is very important. I create a safe and nonjudgmental environment for my clients to feel comfortable while sharing their stories. I focus on empowering my clients so you can take charge of your life again. I received my education from Brandman University. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, CBT and The Gottman Method to work with Couples. I am also a certified Yoga Instructor.

I take a relational and active approach to therapy.I incorporate mindfulness in my practice to teach a mind-body connection. I believe in working with you as a whole person by building on your strengths and giving you the confidence to move forward in your healing journey.
