Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. My approach is warm, supportive, and genuine, while also providing the honesty and accountability needed to help you grow.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and other difficult life experiences. I understand that our emotional well-being is often influenced by more than one area of our lives, so I take a holistic approach to understanding each client and the environments, relationships, and experiences that have shaped them.

I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, understood, and safe enough to be vulnerable. I meet my clients where they are while helping them identify patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen their sense of self, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

You do not have to come to therapy knowing exactly what to say or where to begin. We can figure that out together. My goal is for you to leave our work together feeling more empowered, self-aware, and equipped to create a life that feels healthier and more fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, person-centered, and strengths-based. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you better understand your experiences, recognize patterns, build on your strengths, and develop tools that support meaningful change.

I also recognize that we do not experience life in isolation. Our relationships, families, environments, past experiences, and current circumstances can all influence how we think, feel, and respond. Together, we will explore these connections while identifying what is within your control and where change may be possible.

My style is warm, conversational, supportive, and honest. I will meet you where you are, but I will also gently challenge you when needed. Therapy with me is not about telling you what to do—it is about helping you gain insight, strengthen your coping skills, establish healthier patterns, and feel more confident navigating life on your own.I’m

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain from the experience, and any concerns or challenges you would like to address.

I understand that opening up to someone new can feel uncomfortable, so there is no expectation for you to share everything at once. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I may ask questions about your experiences, relationships, strengths, and current circumstances to better understand you as a whole person.

By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to have a clearer idea of what our work together may look like and, most importantly, to feel that you have found a space where you can be yourself and begin working toward the changes you want to see.
