Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate Latinx therapist with over 10 years of experience providing therapy in school settings and outpatient clinics. I specialize in supporting children (ages 7+), adolescents, and young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, identity, or the challenges of growing up in today’s world. My approach is culturally sensitive, and I bring a deep commitment to working with BIPOC populations, helping clients and families feel seen, understood, and supported in ways that honor their unique backgrounds and experiences.

In addition to my work with youth, I also support parents navigating the complexities of coparenting and family transitions. I believe in partnering with families to strengthen communication, build resilience, and foster healthier relationships at home. Together, we work toward creating a foundation where both children and parents can feel more confident, connected, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in strengths-based, client-centered care. I often integrate educational resources, self-guided meditation videos, and practical worksheets to support the therapeutic process in meaningful ways. In sessions, I take an interactive and collaborative style, creating an empowering and safe space that feels supportive and approachable—much like talking with a trusted friend.

What you can expect from me

As a therapist, I aim to provide clients with a range of valuable takeaways from our sessions:

Increased self-awareness: Through exploration and reflection, clients can gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Improved coping skills: I'll help clients develop effective strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and other challenges.

Enhanced relationships: We can work on improving communication and building healthier relationships with loved ones.
