Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Social Work. I have experience providing individual psychotherapy and crisis intervention in community behavioral health settings, supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized, drawing from evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients develop insight, coping skills, emotional regulation, and healthier patterns of relating. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

  • My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized, recognizing that every person’s experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being their authentic selves. I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches while tailoring treatment to each client’s needs, focusing on building insight, developing effective coping skills, and creating meaningful and lasting change. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and my role is to support clients in understanding themselves, navigating challenges, and recognizing their own capacity for growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll take time to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and discuss your goals for treatment. We’ll complete a comprehensive mental health and biopsychosocial assessment, which looks at your emotional and mental health, physical health, relationships, family and social history, and other factors that may be impacting your overall well-being. This assessment helps us develop a clearer understanding of your strengths, needs, and concerns so we can create a treatment plan that is individualized to you. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask questions, share what you hope to gain from therapy, and begin building a comfortable, collaborative therapeutic relationship.
