Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and three years of experience in community mental health settings. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard and supported as they work through what is weighing on them. My approach weaves together CBT, DBT, and client-centered principles, while also integrating mindfulness, art, and expressive writing to help you connect with yourself in new ways. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, and I am committed to meeting you exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

My sessions draw on evidence-based tools while staying flexible and creative, because I believe one approach does not fit everyone. Whether we are using structured CBT techniques, processing difficult emotions through DBT skills, or exploring something through art or writing, I follow your lead. I aim to make therapy feel genuinely collaborative rather than clinical, so you can show up fully and do the work that matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and explore what has brought you to therapy and what you are hoping for. I will listen without judgment and take the time to understand your story. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before we begin. I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit.
