Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sia Acquah, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in working with individuals who feel overwhelmed, weighed down by anxiety, depression, or stress that feels too heavy to carry alone. My goal is to walk alongside you in your healing journey, while using a holistic approach that considers the mind, body, and spirit.

I have experience supporting clients through a variety of challenges, including anger management, anxiety, depression, domestic abuse/violence, family conflict, life transitions, peer relationships, trauma, and more.

My approach to therapy

What makes my practice unique is my dedication to creating an affirming environment where clients feel truly seen. As a Black therapist, I am passionate about honoring identity, culture, and resilience in the therapeutic process. I believe that healing begins with compassion and connection, and I’m committed to helping you navigate life’s challenges while building strength and confidence along the way.

Clients seek my services when they reach a point in their life where they recognize that what they have been doing is no longer working for them. They may not always have the exact words to describe what feels wrong, but they know they want things to change. Others arrive at therapy in the middle of a major life transition that has left them feeling unmoored. Still others simply sense an inner restlessness: a desire to know themselves more deeply and live with greater clarity and purpose.

What you can expect from me

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by life’s challenges, you don’t have to carry it all alone. During our sessions, I provide a safe space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. When you’re ready, I invite you to reach out—we can take the first step toward healing and growth together.
