Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’ve been carrying heavy feelings, navigating complicated relationships, or simply trying to keep it all together, I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can exhale, be yourself, and begin to heal.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 20 years of experience. Over the years, I’ve learned that the ways we’ve learned to survive—no matter how big or small—deserve to be honored. Together, we’ll explore what’s been working for you, and gently open space for new ways of coping, healing, and growing.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, compassionate, & collaborative. I want you to feel safe, heard, & deeply respected in our work together. I practice from an anti-racist, trauma-informed perspective, & I draw on approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, strengths-based, & person-centered therapies.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, racial identity, and relationship concerns. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready to better understand yourself, I aim to create a space where your vulnerability is met with care and your humanity is always honored.

In our sessions, we’ll build on your strengths and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and authentic in your daily life. My hope is that you leave therapy not only with greater insight, but also with strategies that truly support you in becoming your most authentic self.
