Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and practical tools for meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, grounded space where you can explore your experiences, understand yourself more deeply, and build the confidence to move forward in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.

I earned my Master of Arts in Counselor Education with a focus in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida. During my graduate training, I completed my clinical internship at Aspire Health Partners, where I supported clients with a wide range of mental health needs. For three years, I worked in a community mental health setting, gaining experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with variety of mental health and substance use disorders. This work strengthened my commitment to accessible, client-centered care and deepened my understanding of the diverse challenges individuals face.

My clinical work focuses on supporting individuals experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life stressors, women’s issues, ADHD, and adjustment disorder.

My approach to therapy

I integrate evidence based modalities having undergone additional training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Informed by these modalities, as well as others such as DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), MI (Motivational Interviewing), and Mindfulness, I take an integrative approach to therapy.

What you can expect from me

With a warm, collaborative approach, meeting clients where they are and helping them develop insight, resilience, and practical skills that support longterm wellbeing. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered to grow.
