Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Sibimol Niravath and I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master of Science in Nursing from Molloy University. With nearly a decade of experience in mental health and critical care settings, I specialize in providing compassionate, culturally-sensitive, evidence-based psychiatric care for individuals across the lifespan.

My expertise includes diagnosing and treating a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, feeding and eating disorders, and co-occurring substance use disorders.

I also have extensive experience in psychopharmacology, medication management, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

I am passionate about tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs, empowering them on their journey toward mental wellness. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. Whether you are seeking help for a new concern or ongoing mental health challenges, I am here to help. Let’s work together to achieve your goals and improve your well-being.

My approach to therapy

I always take a holistic approach, considering the full spectrum of mental, emotional, and physical well-being while tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs. At the core of my practice is a commitment to evidence-based care—ensuring that all treatment decisions align with the latest clinical research and best practices. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, feeding and eating disorders, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Collaboration is key in my approach. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and your input is essential in developing a treatment plan that feels right for you. Whether through medication management, psychotherapy techniques such as CBT and motivational interviewing, or a combination of both, we will work together to create a path toward healing that aligns with your goals and values. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. If you are ready to take the next step in your mental health journey, I look forward to working with you.
