Great to meet you!

My experience as a licensed clinical social worker with over 26 years includes working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, trauma, LGBTQ, grief/loss, health issues and much more. I am here to listen, I am here to support, I am here to give you tools to live your best possible life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client focused. I am warm and accepting, but I am also direct with my approach. I use evidence based practices such as CBT and ACT. I am also certified in DBT.

What you can expect from me

My goal for outcomes for clients is that they have a better understanding of who they are, where they are going, and what they want to live their best possible life. I hope my clients can accept themselves, their feelings and learn tools to be mindful, regulate emotions, deal with intense emotions and feel confident with their communication skills.
