Great to meet you!
With a background in Sociology and experience living overseas, I approach therapy with a deep appreciation for how external systems, culture, and life transitions shape who we are.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Boston College, where my training focused specifically on Latinx communities. Throughout my career, including extensive work in medical settings, I’ve supported individuals navigating complex medical trauma, health changes, relocation, evolving family dynamics, and workplace stress.
My clinical foundation allows me to work thoughtfully with people across diverse cultures, religions, ages, and gender identities. Whether you are adjusting to life in a new country or working through major life changes, I strive to offer a grounded, culturally sensitive space tailored to your unique journey.
