Great to meet you!

Before becoming a therapist, I practiced dentistry—first as a general dentist and later as an oral pathologist after graduating from Tufts University. I later pursued dual master’s degrees in Public Policy and Social Work at The Ohio State University, gaining experience in governance, policy, and diverse social work settings. These experiences, along with time living and working abroad, have shaped my understanding of cultural identity, systemic pressures, and the complexity of the human experience.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, culturally humble approach that honors your identity, values, and lived experiences. Having lived and worked overseas, I’ve seen firsthand how culture shapes the way we understand ourselves and the world around us. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or struggling with trauma, attachment, or executive function issues, I offer evidence-based support to help you build resilience, gain clarity, and move toward a calmer, more grounded life.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, attachment challenges, and executive functioning issues. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. We’ll work collaboratively to explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools that support growth both inside and outside of sessions.

Many of my clients are highly capable, but internally feel scattered, self-critical, or burnt out. I offer a space where you can slow down, reflect, and feel genuinely seen—so healing becomes not just possible, but sustainable.

I’ve always been known for having a unique ability to easily connect with people from different backgrounds and walks of life, on a human level. I like to think I am my clients’ professional, wise, evidence-based “friend”. I will connect with you, gain your trust but also help you stay focused, challenge old patterns, bring about tangible change in behavior and emotions and achieve goals.
