Siera Heaton

Siera has been working in the therapy world for over 10 years. She has a bachelor's degree in Family Studies and a master's in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Siera specializes in working with trauma, chronic pain and illness, anxiety, and more. She helps clients find healing through several modalities such as somatic EMDR, lifespan integration, pain reprocessing therapy, and internal family systems.

Life tends to have a way of throwing us a few more curve balls than we’d like. Sometimes when life's too much our brains try to help us by sending danger signals.

These signals can come in many different forms, including physical pain, anxiety, depression, obsessive thoughts, and much more. I love helping clients retrain their brains away from these harmful "protections" and find access to peace and health.
