Great to meet you!

As a relational therapist, I view clients holistically, not simply in the context of their concerns. My approach focuses on exploring and examining beliefs, values, and intersecting identities. Through this collaborative and compassionate approach, I offer a warm space for reflection, growth, and clarity where clients feel supported, empowered, and heard. My formal education (MS and EdS in Counseling and Human Services) has provided me with ample therapeutic tools and resources to support clients. Although my approach is warm and collaborative, I don't shy away from gentle challenges and thought-provoking questions throughout session. Working with me means taking a step towards beginnings of greater clarity, alignment, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals who are ready to engage in meaningful reflection and personal development. Whether you're exploring identity, navigating relationships, or processing family dynamics, therapy can offer a supportive space to do this work. My approach is warm, collaborative, and empowering. I’m here to support you in creating intentional shifts that reflect your values and vision for life. I use therapeutic techniques from a variety of modalities, including Attachment-based therapy, trauma-informed CBT, Relational therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

What you can expect from me

First sessions are laid back and informal with me. I appreciate the opportunity to get to know clients as whole people, not just in the context of their mental health concerns. Most of the first session is spent with me getting to know more about you, your family background, your likes/interests, and of course, hearing about what brings you to therapy. By the end of session, we come up with some therapeutic goals together and develop a collaborative plan to move forward.
