Great to meet you!

I have always had a passion for working with children, adolescents and adults. It is my belief that every person has the potential to succeed in life when given the right tools and support. I provide a judgment free environment where all are welcome. I understand that seeking therapeutic services can be a big first step and I aim to help all children, teens, adults and families feel comfortable and involved in the therapeutic process.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide a wide array of interventions aimed to target trauma, social skills, emotional dysregulation, developmental and medical diagnoses, family dysfunction, relationship issues and more. Interventions used in my practice include play therapy, EMDR (eye movement destination and reprocessing), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), somatic and mindfulness techniques.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach to treatment is very personal. I work to meet every client where they are at and work together to create treatment goals.
