Great to meet you!

Welcome to the therapeutic journey! I offer a safe space where you navigate life's ups and downs, free of shame and judgment.

Together, we will explore the experiences, wounds, and underlying beliefs that may be shaping your life from beneath the surface.

Life can feel heavy when you're experiencing depression, unresolved trauma/PTSD, anxiety, grief, chronic stress, relationship struggles, or the ache of never feeling good enough. Whatever you're walking through, you don't have to do it alone.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate the deep and often hidden impacts of complex trauma — the kind that comes from chronic experiences of childhood wounds, abuse, unhealthy relationships, ongoing adversity, and secondary trauma.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is not only about reducing suffering, but also about creating more goodness in life. I bring warmth, presence, and genuine care to my work. I'm not afraid to think outside of the box in order to find strategies that most resonate with you and lead to a greater sense of wholeness and regulation.

What you can expect from me

My approach is integrative and evidence-based, blending mindfulness practices, attachment-focused therapy, emotional regulation skills, and trauma-informed interventions such as EMDR and Brainspotting. I am passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults in working through significant challenges and transitions.
