Great to meet you!

I’m real, present, and fully engaged in the work we do together. I bring warmth, intuition, and honesty into the room—and I’m not afraid to name patterns or gently challenge you when it helps you grow. I believe therapy works best when it feels safe and honest, thoughtful and practical. I’ll meet you where you are, take you seriously, and walk alongside you as you build insight, self-trust, and meaningful change—without judgment or pretense.

My approach to therapy

Therapy doesn’t have to be stiff, awkward, or painfully serious. I work with thoughtful, self-aware adults who are tired of overthinking, people-pleasing, or feeling stuck in the same emotional loops. My style is relational, intuitive, and refreshingly honest—direct when needed, warm always, and often sprinkled with humor. I’ll meet you where you are, challenge what’s no longer working, and help you build insight, self-trust, and real change in a space that feels human, grounded, and real.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect openness, warmth, and genuine curiosity. This is a space to tell your story at your pace—no pressure to perform or have it all figured out. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, help us make sense of what’s bringing you in, and start identifying patterns that matter. I also believe therapy should feel useful from the start, so my goal is for you to leave with at least one insight, tool, or shift in perspective you can take with you right away.
