Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with self-harm, depression, and the development of practical coping skills, as well as providing compassionate care during pregnancy, postpartum, and the evolving journey of parenting.

I graduated from Boston University in 2023 and have worked in community mental health for three years, supporting individuals ages 6–80 with a wide range of presenting concerns. This experience has shaped my flexible, compassionate approach to meeting clients where they are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in attachment theory and integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, and EMDR, alongside a humanistic, client-centered perspective. You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental, and at times humorous approach—I believe that even in difficult work, moments of lightness can help us feel more human and connected.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a collaborative space where you can explore your experiences openly and safely. Together, we work to understand patterns, build resilience, and develop tools that support meaningful, lasting change.
