Sierra N. Green, PMHNP-BC, is a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes in treating each patient with empathy, respect, and a holistic lens. Sierra earned a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Indiana Wesleyan University and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Indiana University Northwest. With clinical expertise in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder/mood disorders, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, and PTSD.

My approach to therapy

Sierra creates individualized treatment plans that blend evidence-based medicine with supportive, trauma-informed care. She is passionate about helping patients feel understood, supported, and empowered as they move toward emotional wellness and resilience.
