Great to meet you!

I'm glad you are here!

As a licensed professional counselor, I believe that prioritizing your mental health promotes an improved quality of life. Seeking therapy can be scary and difficult, so I'm glad that you have taken the first steps. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I enjoy working with various backgrounds and populations. However, my most recent experience includes young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, and self-esteem.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe each individual has the innate ability to overcome and conquer tough challenges. My goal is to create a collaborative treatment approach that is client-centered and tailored to your needs. My aim is to assist in enhancing your overall wellbeing.

What you can expect from our first session

Our first sessions will consist of building rapport by showing empathy, being authentic, and actively listening. I work with you to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. From there, we will collaborate by working together to create realistic goals that promotes your overall mental and emotional wellbeing.
