Great to meet you!

Welcome, I’m glad you’re here! I’m a therapist who believes in the power of showing up as your full, unfiltered self. I support adults 18+ facing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, with a special focus on the perinatal and postpartum journey. I help individuals and partners untangle patterns, communicate with clarity, and reconnect during some of their most transformative seasons. Life is messy yet beautiful, and you don’t have to edit yourself when you walk into therapy with me.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. You won’t get a blank stare or a scripted line from me. You’ll get a real human who listens, challenges when needed, and walks with you through the hard moments. I utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together you will be able to share about yourself and we will discuss some goals you may have for us working together, you can even ask about me if that makes you feel more comfortable. I strive to create a safe environment that allows for you to be your authentic self. We will work on making your goals come to fruition through future sessions!
