Great to meet you!

Whether you are in the beginning stages of reaching out for support or are ready to make changes in your life, my emphasis is always on meeting you where you are in your journey. I have experience working with clients who have depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, those who struggle with impulsive behaviors or have gone through significant life changes. This is your time, and it’s important that you feel heard and understood.

My approach to therapy

My priority is to focus on your needs and ensuring that you see our sessions as beneficial. I believe in warmth, acceptance and a solution-focused approach. I have an extensive background in skills coaching such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy and exposure and response prevention. Skills coaching teaches you to have an active role with concrete coping methods to help you gain control of your life and emotions.

What you can expect from me

Regardless of your reasons for seeking therapy, know that I value the effort it takes to reach out for support. I look forward to meeting with you and joining you on your journey toward change!
