Great to meet you!

Have you been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to manage day-to-day stressors? Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, you are not alone. Together, we will create a safe space to help you reclaim your sense of self. We will work together to process your experiences without judgment, focusing on the practical tools and internal confidence you need to move forward on your own terms.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in empowerment and the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I work from a trauma-informed perspective, and person centered approach, I prioritize your comfort and we set a pace that actually feels comfortable and manageable for you. In our sessions, we’ll work as a team to identify the patterns that no longer serve you and build on the strengths you already have. My goal is to help you build practical tools for your life while giving you a judgment-free space to figure things out. We’ll focus on making sense of what you’re going through and finding a way forward that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll focus on what's bringing you in and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. I'll ask questions to get to know you better, but we will always go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My priority is making sure you have a safe space to share what's on your mind.
