I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools to manage life's challenges. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based techniques, and mindfulness strategies to help clients build confidence, improve coping skills, and create meaningful change. I enjoy working with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and personal growth goals.
