Great to meet you!

I support adults navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation difficulties—many of whom are thoughtful and self-aware, but still feel stuck in patterns they can’t think their way out of. In our work, I focus less on labels and more on you: your experiences, patterns, and the systems you move through. You bring your values, and perspective; I bring curiosity, support, practical tools, and honest feedback. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff, clinical, or overly polished— sessions with me feel like real conversations.

My approach to therapy

Clients often describe me as warm, empowering, and thoughtfully candid — a style that helps us tackle patterns, blind spots, and challenges together. I’m direct when it’s helpful, supportive when things feel heavy, and flexible as your needs evolve. Sometimes our work is deep and serious. Sometimes we laugh. Both are welcome. I use a mix of evidence-based, trauma-informed tools — EMDR, DBT, IFS, somatic practices, CBT, and mindfulness — and focus on what actually works for you in the moment. My approach is flexible and tailored, helping you build emotional regulation, self-trust, and a grounded, authentic sense of self.

What you can expect from me

In individual therapy, each session is guided by your experiences and goals. We explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns — sometimes focusing on immediate challenges, other times looking deeper into past experiences to understand how they shape your present. Early sessions often focus on building trust, understanding your goals, and exploring what matters most to you. As our work deepens, we may examine patterns, beliefs, and emotional experiences that influence how you move through the world, always tailored to your unique context, including culture, identity, relationships, and environment.
