Great to meet you!

Welcome — this can be a safe space for you.

With a background in education and current experience as a high school counselor, I understand the challenges individuals and families can face through different stages of life. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, processing difficult emotions, and building healthy coping skills. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, or the pressures of academics and sports, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the counseling process.

My approach to therapy

I use a strengths-based and mindfulness-centered approach to therapy, helping clients recognize their abilities while developing healthy coping skills and self-awareness. My style is supportive, collaborative, and compassionate, and let’s be real — I’m human too. I strive to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe being themselves, feel heard, and feel empowered to grow.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients of all ages feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow. In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking through what brings you to therapy, and identifying your goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I also aim to help you leave the session with a sense of clarity, support, and a starting point for our work together.
