Great to meet you!

Many of my clients are students, young adults, and working professionals navigating the demands of school, careers, relationships, and life transitions. They’re often trying to balance everything while wondering why life feels harder than it should.

I believe treatment works best when you better understand yourself and your options. Whether you’re experiencing symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, psychosis, or another mental health concern, my approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, my goal is to help you better understand what’s going on, feel confident in your treatment, and find an approach that fits your life.

My approach to therapy

I provide diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and personalized treatment planning. Together, we’ll review your treatment options and discuss the potential benefits and risks of medication, so you feel informed and confident in every decision.

Visits include collaborative discussions, ongoing follow-up, and monitoring your progress and overall well-being. While medication is an important part of treatment, our sessions are also a space to talk through whatever you’re facing, work through life’s challenges, and receive support along the way.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll have a conversation about what’s been going on and what you’d like to improve. I’ll ask questions to understand your symptoms, history, and goals so we can create a clear plan together. By the end of the visit, you’ll leave with a better understanding of what’s happening and practical next steps so you feel more grounded and confident moving forward.
