Great to meet you!

Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, unmotivated, or mentally exhausted. They’re juggling school, work, or life transitions, but something feels off. It can be constant overthinking, trouble focusing, burnout, or just not feeling like themselves anymore.

If you’ve been pushing through but quietly struggling, you’re not alone and you don’t have to keep figuring it out by yourself.

I work with college students, young adults, and working professionals navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, mood changes, sleep issues, and life transitions. My goal is to help you feel more clear, focused, and like yourself again not just temporarily better, but consistently more stable in your day-to-day life.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner providing medication management with a practical, supportive approach. I focus on helping you understand what’s going on, what your options are, and what will actually work for your life.

My approach to therapy

I provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and potential benefits and risks clearly and step by step so nothing feels confusing or overwhelming. Visits include thoughtful discussion of treatment options and ongoing follow-up to monitor response, side effects, and overall functioning.

My goal is for you to feel informed, supported, and guided throughout your care while we work toward meaningful, sustainable improvement in daily functioning and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll have a focused, supportive conversation about what’s been going on and what you’d like to improve. I’ll ask questions to understand your symptoms, history, and goals so we can create a clear plan together. By the end of the visit, you’ll leave with a better understanding of what’s happening and practical next steps so you feel more grounded and confident moving forward.
