Great to meet you!

Many of my clients appear high-functioning on the outside but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, unmotivated, or mentally exhausted. You might be juggling school, work, or major life transitions, yet something still feels off. Whether it’s constant overthinking, trouble focusing, burnout, or simply not feeling like yourself lately—if you’ve been pushing through but quietly struggling, you are not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

I work with college students, young adults, and working professionals navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, mood changes, sleep issues, and life transitions. My goal is to help you feel clear, focused, and like yourself again—not just temporarily better, but consistently more stable in your day-to-day life.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I provide medication management with a practical and supportive approach. I focus on helping you understand exactly what’s going on, what your options are, and what will actually work for your specific lifestyle.

My approach to therapy

I provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and medication management. I make sure to explain potential benefits and risks clearly, step-by-step, so nothing feels confusing or overwhelming. Our visits will always include a thoughtful discussion of your treatment options and ongoing follow-ups to monitor your response, side effects, and overall functioning.

My priority is for you to feel informed, supported, and guided throughout your care while we work toward meaningful, sustainable improvements in your daily life and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll have a focused, supportive conversation about what you've been experiencing and what you’d like to improve. I’ll ask questions to better understand your symptoms, history, and goals so we can create a clear, personalized plan together. By the end of the visit, you will leave with a better understanding of what’s happening and practical next steps to help you feel more grounded and confident moving forward.
