Siji Shelly

Siji is board-certified by the ANCC as a PMHNP who provides psychiatric assessment and medication management. She is trained in diagnosing and treating individuals presenting with various mental health issues including depression, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and other mental health problems. As an experienced provider, Siji utilizes her 24 years of experience to assist her patients in improving their quality of life

Her philosophy is patient-centered, addressing mind, body, spiritual health, and wellness. Her approach is conservative. Siji strives to maintain a safe and relaxed atmosphere for her patients. Her goal is to provide personalized, holistic, and high-quality care. Siji will work with each client to assess the potential pharmacological, therapeutic, and lifestyle interventions to best address their challenge. Siji has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, both psychiatric and medical.

Her philosophy involves listening to patients, trying to adjust to her patients` schedules, and setting goals with patients. Siji works along with them to develop a treatment plan, so the patient feels that they will be able to adhere to the plan they created and ultimately achieve their goals.
