Great to meet you!

It can be uncomfortable to talk about our internal struggles, especially when we worry about how others may perceive us. While you may not be able to share these experiences with everyone, you deserve to share them with someone.

Throughout my clinical experience, I have worked with a variety of clients, including survivors of domestic violence, incarcerated individuals, and those struggling with finding their identity. I have witnessed firsthand how anxiety, depression, and dysregulated mood can affect someone’s quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My goal as a therapist is to create an inviting, warm space where clients feel like they can authentically be themselves. I often reference Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and motivational interviewing when treating clients, however, utilize practice based evidence to honor each client’s individual needs.

What you can expect from me

If you’re unsure about how to take the first step to regain control of your life, I invite you to schedule a free 15 minute consultation with me. I’d love to help you in the process of finding the therapist that’s right for you.
