Great to meet you!

As a National Board Certified Counselor, I am passionate about helping people develop skills for personal growth, including self-awareness, self-management, self-compassion, and self-empowerment. As a trained neuroscientist, I focus on mind-body connection and holistic well being.

My approach to therapy

I work with high functioning clients to help them explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. In this work, I listen deeply, guide thoughtfully, and challenge gently to help clients work through whatever they bring to therapy.

What you can expect from me

I provide a compassionate and safe space to unpack what you're experiencing. In our first session, we'll discuss what you are struggling with and how we can work together to help you get where you want to be.
