Great to meet you!
Growing up, I was always the person my friends came to. I never judged, and people seemed to feel genuinely safe around me. I think I knew then that this was the direction I was heading. Once I started studying counseling psychology and learned about the real impact of childhood trauma, everything clicked into place. I came to believe that early trauma is a gateway to so much of what people struggle with in adulthood: anxiety, depression, relational patterns that feel impossible to shift. That understanding is what drew me into specializing in trauma and attachment work, and it is what has kept me in this work for more than eight years. I still find it just as meaningful.
