Great to meet you!
I am a licensed psychologist (PsyD, California Lutheran University, 2019) with experience in community counseling—including specialized training in supporting individuals affected by intimate partner violence—as well as college mental health, inpatient residential care, and private practice. I completed my APA-accredited internship at George Mason University in Fairfax Virginia. I have years of experience treating a wide range of mental health concerns, from mild to acute.
Born and raised in Ventura County, California, as the daughter of an immigrant parent, I bring curiosity, open-mindedness, and deep interest in culture to my work. I am also a wife, a mother, and a bonus mom, which informs my understanding of family dynamics, attachment, and relationship challenges. I primarily work with young and middle-aged adults navigating mood and personality disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship or family concerns.
