Great to meet you!

As a provider, I have found that many people are looking to work on aspects of themselves but struggle with knowing where to start and how to sustain meaningful change. Sometimes it is a matter of feeling heard/validated and other times we seek direct guidance and feedback. Oftentimes we need to develop the language to better understand what is happening and to place things in a useful context. I believe that creating an environment of trust, compassion and understanding is critical.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in issues that are important to diverse populations. I specialize in substance use, sexuality (including LGBTQ+ affirming), Depression and Anxiety, Attachment, Trauma (including PTSD), Grief and Loss, relationship instability and family dynamics and Career Guidance.

What you can expect from me

My clients will improve their understanding of themselves and those around them. They will feel more empowered to change through this and will feel less isolated in their distress. I hope to engender a sense of deeper meaning where real solutions can be found.
