Great to meet you!

I work diligently in creating a safe space for you to explore different aspects of yourself, emotions, thoughts, and relationships. My goal is for you to gain insight, feel safe, connected, and empowered after each session.

My approach to therapy

My style of therapy is gently challenging any maladaptive thoughts, habits, or mental constructions you may have developed while fully respecting your coping strategies. I believe you are the expert on yourself. I am here to accompany you on your journey to self-discovery and self-actualization. I envision the very best version of yourself before you can even see it and my goal is to help you get there.

I have extensive experience helping client through depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress.

What you can expect from me

My ultimate goal for clients working with me is that they feel good in their own body, realize their power over their own mind and thoughts; can exist in the present moment and can fully realize the life they dream about. All of this is possible!
