I truly believe in the incredible power of human relationships. Through my journey, I’ve discovered that to genuinely help and guide others, it’s essential to have a deep understanding of oneself. With over fifteen years of extensive and meaningful clinical experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients facing different challenges. My educational foundation from NYU, along with my teaching experience at renowned institutions, has really enriched my practice.

I’m here to help individuals find personal healing and enhance their relationships with others. With extensive training in couples and family therapy, along with qualifications in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Complex Trauma, I’m dedicated to supporting you on your journey.

My clients will feel more connected to themselves and others, gaining the ability to cope with everyday challenges that arise from trauma or other emotional or psychological wounds.
