I am licensed professional counselor. I provide a safe space to vent, explore your thoughts and emotions through life's stressors and uncertainties.
I am currently mainly working with female clients ages 15 and above who are struggling with anxiety, depression, generational trauma and family system complexity.
Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.
We’ll begin with an introductory session where you can share your story and therapy goals, and together, we will create a supportive environment to help you achieve them in our future sessions.
