Welcome. I am an experience Bilingual Psychotherapist (Spanish-English)graduated as a Psychologist, specialized in Clinical Psychology at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. I obtained my License as a Mental Health Counselor in New York where I have been practicing as a psychotherapist for over 20 years.
My approach draws upon various clinical theories and techniques. I believe every person is unique and for this reason I offer a personalized approach. I help address a variety of concerns, including Depression, Anxiety, Relationship and Interpersonal difficulties, Career/School Issues, Grief and Loss, Trauma and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, medical and Health Issues.
My goal is to create a safe holding environment that will allow you to establish a healthy sense of self and be the best version of yourself. Taking the first step towards making change is often the hardest one- but you are not alone.
