Welcome! I am a bilingual English-Spanish Licensed Professional Counselor. I provide services to individual, family, and couples. In my years of experience, I have found that every approach I use is individualized with each client. Some approaches I use with clients are CBT, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, and Trauma Informed Care. I also use a holistic and mindfulness approach where the belief that the mind and body connect with each other.
