Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual licensed social worker (LCSW in NY) passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, including Latinx, immigrant, and underserved communities. My values of honesty, transparency, and compassion guide every session, and I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and identities. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationship dynamics, or major life transitions, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy and respect.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, while tailoring each session to your unique needs, goals, and cultural background. I believe therapy should be collaborative and empowering, helping you build on your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and better understand yourself and your relationships. Together, we will create a plan that feels supportive, flexible, and responsive to your growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, open conversation where we get to know one another. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you might have. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background and what’s going on in your life, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and clearer about how we can work together to help you move forward.
