Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist who works from a humanistic, client-centered approach. I provide a supportive, open, and compassionate space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I place strong emphasis on attentive listening and collaboration, tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs.

I have training and experience in the assessment and treatment of a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My goal is to support clients in building insight, resilience, and meaningful change in a way that feels respectful and empowering.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and individualized, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and tailor treatment to each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

I work collaboratively with clients in a humanistic, supportive, and respectful manner, placing strong emphasis on active listening and the therapeutic relationship. Together, we focus on understanding challenges, building insight, and developing practical strategies that support meaningful and sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where the primary focus is listening and understanding. I take time to learn about your concerns, experiences, and what brings you to therapy, without rushing the process or forcing immediate solutions.

The initial session is also an opportunity for us to begin developing a sense of the therapeutic relationship and to determine whether we are a good fit to work together. Many clients leave the first session with new insight or learning, as well as a preliminary plan that includes setting at least one meaningful goal to work on over the next few months.

My aim is for clients to feel heard, respected, and clearer about next steps, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable and collaborative.
