Great to meet you!

It is my passion to help children, teens and young adults (ages 3-25) whenever there has been a concern for a problematic sexual behavior that has gotten them in trouble or that hurt someone. If you need help addressing a sexual behavior, or if you have questions about about technology use, sex ed, sexting, etc., I would love to work with you. I am also trained in helping children/teens work through traumatic experiences. When possible, I include the caregiver or parent in treatment.

My approach to therapy

I take a respectful and warm approach with clients, providing therapeutic interventions based in science. I offer sessions via tele-health, throughout South Carolina. I am trained to address sexual behavior issues, post traumatic stress disorder, and issues related to depression and anxiety. I utilize components of cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.

What you can expect from me

I create a warm and respectful environment where I will not be surprised about or judgmental of anything you share with me. I focus on the strengths I see in each person. At the same time, I am direct about coming up with a plan and goals to help you move forward towards the life you want to live. You tell me where you want to go and we will work to get there!
