Great to meet you!

What keeps the ship of our life upright when the storms come? Life can be difficult. We all have needs, and reaching out for support can be what you need. I am passionate about helping people find the Ballast in their lives.

Simeon Jones has been a leader in mental health for over 20 years to serve the needs of individuals and couples in California. He was a college pastor prior to getting his Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, and specializes in helping helpers.

My approach to therapy

“The story we tell our self, about our self, the world, and our relationship to the world has a huge impact on the life we live.”

When we understand our story, we can change the narrative and live life more fully! This revelation has developed into a style of therapy that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative therapy, Life Coaching and Mindfulness.
