My approach to therapy

During your first session, we will take time to discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, medications, and treatment goals. I will listen carefully, answer your questions, and work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan. My goal is for you to leave the first visit feeling heard, understood, and clear about the next steps in your care.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you and understand what brings you to care. We will discuss your concerns, symptoms, history, medications, and treatment goals in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. Together, we will create an individualized treatment plan and discuss the next steps toward helping you feel and function better.
