Great to meet you!

At the core of feeling better is simply wanting to catch your breath, find your footing and start to come up for air...one breath at a time.

Life is full of transitions: many of them are painful, unexpected or uncomfortable. Whether I am working with clients who are dealing with painful recent or past break ups, reprogramming challenging attachment patterns that have you on unsteady ground, managing general anxiety, job stress, parenting woes or other life transitions, my goal is to help you find the insight and direction you need to navigate life’s challenges with renewed confidence, steadiness and resolve.

More session times may be available.

If you don't see an available time, please contact me directly at [email protected] for possible alternative session times. or visit my website at www.chaisesolutions.com

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to the needs of the individual client, but inspired by ideals from research based techniques like CBT, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. As part of my practice, I also integrate and encourage increased awareness of the mind-body connection and your physiological response to stress or trauma as part of healing and healthy self-care.

What you can expect from me

I have always been inspired to encourage people to be brave enough to share their truths and vulnerable enough to embrace self-exploration, curiosity, and growth. I truly enjoy working with individuals and watching them learn about—and ultimately master—the parts of their lives that once caused them distress with courage and resilience. At the center of any successful transformation through coaching, consultation, or therapy is a strong foundation built on trust, vulnerability, openness, and a judgment-free space. As a genuine thought partner, I am committed to walking alongside you on the path toward feeling better, with the goal of helping you feel empowered to begin creating meaningful and lasting change in your life.
