Great to meet you!

I’m a somatic psychotherapist and lifelong student of the natural world. I am often described as steady, warm and grounding. I help people feel at home in themselves; in their bodies, relationships, and life transitions. My work blends trauma healing, mindfulness, somatic embodiment, and nature-based practices with practical tools for regulation and resilience. I’m available for 1:1 therapy, men’s and community groups, and couples therapy. I believe that healing happens through connection — with yourself, with others, and with the world around you.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a collaborative process. You and I work together to create a space that feels safe enough to explore what’s difficult and strong enough to support change. My style is warm, direct, and grounded; I’ll listen closely, reflect what I see, and also challenge you when it’s helpful.

At the core of my work is the belief that healing happens through connection, embodiment, and self-compassion.

That means we slow down and listen to your body, not just your thoughts. We explore your emotions in real time, rather than only talking about them. And we use practical tools that you can take with you into daily life.

I aim to help you feel more at home in yourself, more connected to others, and more capable of moving toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

A greater sense of grounding and regulation. Many clients leave sessions feeling calmer, clearer, and more able to handle the stresses of daily life.

Deeper embodiment. We’ll practice being more present in your body; developing awareness of sensations, emotions, and energy so you can leverage more of yourself for greater ease, authenticity, and resilience.

A more compassionate relationship with yourself. Expect to build more curiosity and less judgment toward your emotions, thoughts, and body.

Clarity on next steps. Whether you’re navigating trauma, addiction, relationships, or major life transitions, you’ll leave with a stronger sense of direction.

A safe, authentic connection. Therapy with me isn’t just clinical — it’s human. You can expect a space where honesty, humor, and real connection are welcome.
