Great to meet you!

Many people today are facing increased levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. My mission is to empower and uplift individuals as they work toward identifying and reaching their personal goals. With over 10 years of experience providing therapeutic services, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients as they take meaningful steps toward emotional and mental wellness. During our sessions, we’ll collaborate on a treatment plan tailored to your needs and explore practical strategies for managing life’s challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a strengths-based approach, CBT, DBT skills, and I support clients through a faith-based (Christian) lens. In-person sessions are located in Washington, DC. I also provide telehealth to those in VA. During sessions, clients will have the opportunity to use creative arts to process and express themselves. I also utilize mindfulness techniques. I believe that individuals often have the key to overcome many challenges.

What you can expect from our first session

During the first session, the client will be able to share their struggles and identify their strengths. We will then set therapeutic goals and create a plan to accomplish those goals. The client will also learn various techniques to manage stressors and practice positive coping skills. If you are looking for a therapist who is empathetic, supportive, and offers in-person services in Washington, DC, and telehealth services in VA, feel free to reach out for a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
