Great to meet you!

With a B.S. in Neuroscience and Behavior and a Master’s in Social Work specialized in trauma-informed care, my therapeutic approach involves using evidenced-based practices grounded in neurobiology and social science while integrating philosophies rooted in empowerment, values alignment, systems, and positive thinking. My experience includes substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders, parenting, stress management, adolescents, young adults, goal setting and purposeful living.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Together, during the therapeutic process, we can work on helping you feel supported, heard, and validated to restore your sense of belonging and hope. My goal is to assist you in finding your voice that can often be lost amid adversity and life’s challenges, discovering the light that can help you navigate through dark tunnels, and learning how to adapt through transitions while building resilience for personal growth.

What you can expect from our first session

Experiencing pain does not need to determine the outcome of your story! Become aware of what you can control and find strategies to overcome challenges that can allow you to address the root of your difficulties while building meaningful connections with self and others.
